Politics in America is bullshit
deep down we all know it
but still the show does go on
even after freedoms are gone
starting to seem like a bad joke
that this system is totally broke
Is there even a slight glimmer of hope?
Obama, Hilary, Giuliani, McCain- NOPE!
in all fairness they are not entirely to blame

every American is responsible for this shame

people always get the leaders they deserve
although some complain they still serve

one ambitious autocrat after another
wont be long till we elect Big Brother

it's a very simple thing to criticize

leaders upon whom we fix our eyes

but if we would redirect our gaze

we'd see we are all lost in this maze
